Product Overview

Zinc undecenoate is a white, amorphous powder chemical and an anionic surfactant. We using castor oil as the raw material, eleveneneic acid is produced. Then, it reacts directly with zinc oxide to form a salt.

It is primarily used as an emulsifying aid in cream and lotion-type cosmetics. It exhibits excellent emulsifying and antibacterial properties and can also serve as a bactericide in various cosmetics and soaps, typically used at concentrations ranging from 5% to 15%. Additionally, it is employed in burn ointments and compound ointments for hand, foot, body, and groin ringworms, functioning mainly as an antifungal agent that inhibits fungal growth and reproduction. In these applications, the concentration ranges from 15% to 25%, often used in combination with undecenoic acid.
